My Approach

I aim to provide a transformative experience that guides your mind, body, and soul through a journey of peace. Whether you're seeking to let go, accept what is, find motivation to seek further help, or simply explore this therapy, I welcome you to book a 60 or 90-minute session, with the 90 minutes recommended for those experiencing any kind of pain, depression or unhealed trauma.

 

During your session, I will use a series of hand positions on your shoulders, wrists, and ankles, with minimal touch, focusing on each position for around 5 minutes or until the energy flow subsides. After the session, you’ll be gently brought back to awareness and invited to reflect if you wish. Each session is unique and may require additional visits to achieve a sense of complete balance and fulfillment. Biofield therapy is designed to restore balance, and while ongoing sessions may not be necessary, life’s changes can introduce new challenges. For those with deep-seated trauma, initial sessions often focus on clearing accumulated negativity. In this supportive environment, my goal is to guide your soul toward healing and balance.
